Last Thursday's 189 invitation round included one of our students - a Secondary Teacher with 85 points successfully receiving an invitation.
This candidate completed only a 2-year Master of Teaching (Secondary) in Australia (with no prior study experience in English-speaking countries) and exempted the IELTS 7788 requirement for AITSL skills assessment through Western Australian teacher registration.
Holding any Australian state/territory teacher registration (Provisional or Full) satisfies AITSL's English requirement
This applies even if the registration is from a different state than where you reside
No hidden pathway - this is AITSL's standard procedure for qualified teachers
