The Employer Sponsored 482 Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visa program is set to be replaced by the Skills in Demand visa, which will consist of:
Specialist Skills Pathway (a new category)

Essential Skills Pathway (equivalent to the current labour agreement stream)

This means that the Labor Party, known for its penchant for naming things, is introducing a new term. What is CSOL? It's similar to the Consolidated Sponsored Occupation List (CSOL) used for the previous 457 visa. It's like how the Immigration Department merged into the Department of Home Affairs, but the Labor Party still insists on pulling it out separately, calling it The Department of Immigration, Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs.
